L’ANTICO GIOCO DELLO “S-CIAPì”
Il giorno della Santa Pasqua si tiene la Festa dello S-Ciapì che nasce da un’antica tradizione popolare locale.Protagoniste della festa sono le uova sode colorate con infusi di erbe o scorze. Il gioco consiste nel tenere in mano un uovo sodo mentre l’avver- sario lo colpisce con un altro uovo. Vince chi riesce a mantenere integro il proprio e a rompere quello dell’altro: lo “sconfitto” deve consegnare l’uovo al “vincitore”. Il gioco ha mantenuto in- tatto il sapore antico e semplice della tradizione e catapulta i partecipanti in un contesto ormai passato dove la gente sapeva divertirsi con poco e poter mettere sulla propria tavola un uovo in più poteva essere assai importante.

THE ANCIENT GAME OF “S-CIAPì”
On Easter Day, the S-Ciapì festival is held, which arises from an ancient local popular tradition. The protagonists of the festival are colored hard-boiled eggs with infusions of herbs or pees. The game consists of holding a hard-boiled egg in your hand while the opponent hits it with another egg. The winner is whoever manages to keep their own intact and to break that of the other: the “loser” must deliver the egg to the “winner”. The game has kept intact the ancient and simple flavor of tradition and catapulted the partici- pants into a by now past context where people knew how to have fun with little and being able to put an extra egg on their table could be very important.

DER ALTE BRAUCH DES OSTEREIERTITSCHENS
Am Ostersonntag findet gemäß einem alten Volksbrauch das Os- tereiertitschen statt. Die wichtigste Zutat für dieses Fest sind bunte, hartgekochte Eier, die mit Kräutern oder Obstschalen gefärbt wer- den. Das Spiel besteht darin, ein hartgekochtes Ei in der Hand zu halten, während der Gegner mit einem anderen Ei darauf schlägt. Es gewinnt derjenige, dessen Ei ganz bleibt und der das Ei des an- deren kaputt macht – der „Besiegte“ muss sein Ei dem „Gewinner“ geben. Das Spiel hat seinen alten, schlichten Charme beibehalten und versetzt die Teilnehmer zurück in eine Zeit, in der die Menschen mit einfachen Dingen Spaß hatten und es noch sehr wichtig sein konnte, ein Ei mehr auf den Tisch zu bringen.
